About our speakers
Speaker 1: Dr Arun Dhir
Dr Arun Dhir is a Specialist Upper Gastro Intestinal Surgeon and a Fellow Of The Royal Australasian College Of Surgeons (FRACS).
Along with expertise in digestive health, Upper Gastrointestinal surgery and weight loss surgery, Dr Arun holds Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK (FRCS). He’s also an active member of the ANZ Association of Gastro Oesophageal surgeons (ANZGOSA) and Obesity Surgery Society of ANZ (OSSANZ).
Speaker 2: Prof Simon Law
Prof Simon currently holds the positions of Cheung Kung-Hai Professor in Gastrointestinal Surgery, Chair, and Chief of Esophageal and Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery at the University of Hong Kong
He is also on the editorial board of the academic journal ‘Diseases of the Esophagus’. Prof Simon is the President-Elect of the International Society of Diseases of the Esophagus. He has published 314 scientific articles. His specialized fields include foregut diseases, both benign, malignancy pathologies and so many more.
Speaker 3: Prof Peter Goh
Prof Peter Goh is presently Director of Advance Surgical Group in Singapore and Chief of Surgery and General Practice at Yosemite Hospitals in Shanghai, China.
He is also Professor of Surgery at Monash University, Sunway Campus. He is founder of the Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of Asia and has served as both Secretary General and President.
