RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
1. Abstracts must be submitted (and presented) in English with accurate grammar and spelling.
2. Authors are requested to prepare the abstract by using the Abstract Template. You may download the Abstract Template here.
3. All abstracts must be submitted via this abstract submission google form, and not later than 1st July 2024.
4. Please note the submitting author would receive all related correspondence regarding the abstracts. Hence, it is strongly recommended that the submitting author details are the same as those of the presenting author.
5. Certificate will only be issued to the registered presenting author.
6. Multiple authors are allowed on the condition that the presenting author must be a registered participant of the Congress.
7. Each registrant, who is also the presenting author, is only allowed to submit and present not more than TWO abstracts. Any additional abstracts submitted by the same registrant thereafter would be poster presentations only.
8. Abstracts which do not adhere to the above guidelines or submitted via other platforms aside from this abstract submission webpage will not be considered.
9. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and if accepted, the submitting author will be informed. The notification of acceptance will be issued no later than 2nd July 2024 via email.
10. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to select the relevant abstracts and determine the mode of presentation. Nevertheless, the author’s preference will be taken into consideration.
11. If an abstract has been accepted for presentation, the presenter must register and pay the full registration fee by the due date for registration. Otherwise, the abstract will not be included in the programme and will not be presented at the Conference.
12. Prizes for the best oral presentations and best posters will be awarded.
